Many large corporations hire their upper
echelon executives through these recruiters,
commonly known as "headhunters".
These firms do extensive interviewing and
psychological testing, and make arrangements
for salaries, bonuses, pensions and other
compensation. Their fees may run into the
many thousands of dollars, as they are
commensurate with the rewards given to the
newly hired executive.
